Description of Company Services and Acceptance of Terms of Use

Aria Pictures (“Company”) furnishes this Website (“Site”) and Services it for your personal enjoyment and entertainment. By visiting the Site you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any future modifications (“Agreement”), and to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations (“Applicable Law”). Please read through this Agreement carefully as the Company may modify this Agreement at any time, and each such modification will be effective upon posting on the Site. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly, and if you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement and to abide by all Applicable Law, you must not use the Site.

This Property or application (“Property”) is operated by: (1) Aria Pictures Inc. on its own behalf by Nitram G. Tropnevad (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which are all part of the entertainment operations of Aria Pictures.  Your use of this Property is subject to the following terms and conditions of use (the “Terms“). These Terms apply to all of the Propertys and applications operated by Company (unless a different Terms of Use policy is provided on a particular site or application, in which case such different policy shall control). You agree to these Terms by accessing this Property and/or by accepting any information from this Property. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify, alter or otherwise change these Terms and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or changes. We will post changes here, so check back periodically. Your continued use of this Property after the posting of any change in the Terms shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by any such changes.

Your Privacy & Cookies

We do not collect information about the Users of our websites — we do not use cookies.

Our Weblog does not require you to register for an account to read the articles, but does require registration to comment on articles, and therefore, certain information is saved and stored in a cookie and on the server of our weblog to allow you to have an account.

None of the information is sold, shared, or saved by Company. We cannot send you your password, or anything related to your account that is related to our weblog.

User Conduct

Users agree that all the information posted or accessed will be used only for informational or educational purposes. There may be no commercial or other unauthorized use of any interactive features available on this web site. Users may not engage in any conduct or action that is prohibited by law or violates any federal, state or local laws.

Nothing contained in these Terms or on the Property should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Material in any manner without the prior written consent of Company or such third party that may own the Material or intellectual property displayed on the Property.

Copyrights and Copyright Agents

Company respects the intellectual property of others and we ask our users to do the same.  In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Company has designated a Copyright Agent to receive notice of claims of copyright infringement on the Property. Unsolicited Submissions Policy

Company does not accept unsolicited submissions for motion pictures, television programs, websites, or other creative ideas without PRIOR WRITTEN ARRANGEMENT.  It is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by or on behalf of Company's staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative ideas or materials; Therefore, please do not make any such unsolicited submissions to Company through this Property or otherwise.

Anything you submit to Company through this Property or otherwise (whether solicited or unsolicited), including, without limitation, any ideas, data, questions, artwork, comments, suggestions, or personal information (jointly and severally, "Submissions"), is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure. You agree and understand that Company is not obligated to use any Submission you make to Company through the Property or otherwise and you have no right to compel such use. If you register with the Property, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, if any, and agree you will not sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer so that others may not access the password protected portion of the Property using your name in whole or in part. Company may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, with or without notice, terminate your password and membership, for any reason or no reason at all.

Location

Company operates this Property in the United States. Information contained on this Property may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to this Property from territories where the content of the Property may be illegal is prohibited. If you access this Property form other locations, you do so on your own initiative and you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to its conflicts of law principles that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws) and will specifically not be governed by the United Nations Conventions on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if otherwise applicable. Any cause of action filed by you with respect to the Terms and/or your use of this Property must be filed in the County of Nevada, City of Grass Valley, State of California within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be forever barred. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the County of Nevada, City of Nevada City, State of California for any cause of action relating to or arising under these Terms or the Property.

Violations and Additional Policies

Company will determine your compliance with these Terms in its sole discretion and its decision shall be final and binding. Any violation of these Terms may result in restrictions on your access to all or part of the Property and may be referred to law enforcement authorities. No waiver of any of these Terms shall be of any force or effect unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Company. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Property, or any portion thereof (including User Forums) without notice to you or any third party. Upon termination of your membership or access to the Property, or upon demand by Company, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Property and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof. You are advised that Company will aggressively enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law. Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and terminate access or use of any individual found to be (i) tampering with the operation of the Property; (ii) acting in violation of these Terms; (iii) acting in an unethical or disruptive manner; or (iv) acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Company its representatives or any other individual in any manner related to the Property.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which will remain in full force and effect. The section titles in these Terms are for your convenience only and do not have any legal or contractual effect.
